How We Work
NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION
Whether your Homeowners Association is tax-exempt or not, you need to complete annual filings. We provide a free consultation calls for all HOAs looking to file returns.
TAX PREPARATION
We’ll send you our HOA Tax Organizer to get you started. After we receive the information needed to file your tax forms, we’ll prepare your taxes and send them to you for review and signature.
FILING & FOLLOW-UPS
Once the prepared forms are reviewed and signed by a representative of the HOA, we can submit the forms on your behalf to the IRS and any states needed. Our HOA tax experts will handle all of your tax needs, start to finish.
